It seems almost every PTC or Paid To Click Site is having a difficult time right now. Many have been forced to stop using paypal and others have had to close down completely. I have tried to keep up to date, but it's really difficult to figure out who to believe.
On one hand, if a site is a legitimate business, why would PayPal freeze their account? Why would PayPal not allow them to access even their own funds that are sitting in PayPal accounts? The reason I have been told is that the entire GPT or Get Paid To industry is under scrutiny. Many do not believe it's a legitimate business, or they believe that these sites are deceitful. Another reason that has been offered is the multi level marketing that is offered on many of these sites.
I'm sure most of you know that the GPT industry is alive and well and does not border on illegal. All activities on reputable sites are honest, legal and legitimate. they are not breaking any laws. They offer a service to companies and us, the users or members, are paid to provide these services.
What does all this mean? To be honest, I don't really know. I would love to say that the honest sites will be around forever, but at this rate, who really knows? I know that the reputable sites that have all their "ducks in a row" are continuing business as usual. Even sites like DailyClicks, who I recently called a scam site, have reopened their doors, reestablishing their user's accounts and are they are ready to pay.... however, you are limited in payment options.
I am taking Just-Click right off the list as they just announced they are closing. I am taking DialyClicks off my scam list because of their dedication to fixing all the PayPal problems.
Like everything in life, it's good to have a fair amount of skepticism with everything you do. I am a member of many different sites and aware of the risks associated with earning online. This is why it's important that we communicate in the GPT world and let others know of our experiences. If you are a cautious person and want to avoid the possibility of any risk, stick with sites like Moola and SwatCash. Although they may take a long time to reply to emails, etc, they always pay. Or sites that have many pictures of payments received.

I thought I would let you know that SimpleClicker.com launched yesterday and there are only 25 members right now. If you join right now you should be able to get a lot of referrals and start earning some decent money.
